A condition-based estimate, explained upfront
We price from what the device actually sells for, so the estimate is the amount we expect to confirm when your description matches our inspection. If something is different, we explain the revised offer before you decide. If you decline it, we return the device and you cover the return postage.
Questions people ask
How fast do I get a quote?
For devices in our catalogue, instantly — the price is on screen as soon as you finish the questions. For a manual quote (devices we don't list yet) we aim to respond quickly, though during busy periods it can take up to 48 hours.
Is the offer guaranteed?
It's an estimate based on what you tell us, and it's confirmed once we inspect the device. If everything matches your description, the offer stands. If not, we'll send a revised offer and you can accept it or have the item returned.
When do I get paid?
As soon as you accept the confirmed offer after inspection, we send payment by the next working day via bank transfer.
What happens to the data on my device?
Every device is factory-reset and securely erased when it arrives, before it goes anywhere near a listing. Please still sign out of your accounts and turn off Find My / activation lock before you send it — we can't buy a device that's still locked to an account, and signing out first means nothing of yours ever leaves your hands.
What if I don't accept the final offer?
No problem — we'll return your device. Return postage is covered by you, which you agree to when you accept the initial offer.
What condition can my device be in?
Anything from flawless to heavily worn — the questions and price adjust for it. We can't buy devices that are locked to an account, on finance, or reported lost or stolen.
